When crisis follows crisis, children need our protection and support more than ever, wherever they are in the world.

In Sudan, severe acute malnutrition (SAM) is skyrocketing in Save the Children clinics as the country reaches the worst phase of food insecurity. The number of children seeking treatment for SAM - the most extreme form of malnutrition - has surged to unprecedented levels with clinics overwhelmed. This comes at a time the country is facing the world’s worst child displacement crisis with 6.7 million children forced from their homes.

In Ukraine, two years of full-scale war is pushing many to the brink, grappling with threats to their health, safety and livelihoods. Save the Children and our partners remain dedicated to providing life-saving assistance to families impacted by this crisis.

In the occupied Palestinian territory, conflict threatens children’s lives and wellbeing. Children in the region are facing a catastrophic food crisis, lack of shelter, limited access to medical assistance, and living in a state of terror.

We know from previous experience that in any crisis, children are always the most at risk. You can help children caught up in conflict and disasters.
