Now recognised as one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world, the Yemen conflict has resulted in millions of children and their families being displaced.
Since 2015, our Save the Children Yemen program has been providing lifesaving humanitarian aid and support for children at harm from disease, war and conflict. UNHCR The UN Refugee Agency, estimates there are now 24 million people and at least 12.3 million children in Yemen who are desperate for humanitarian assistance.
Our aid and development programs provide vital lifesaving healthcare, food, clean water and safe shelter for children and their families caught up in the Yemen conflict.
How You Can Help Children In Yemen
Save the Children have been on the frontline delivering humanitarian support during the Yemen conflict. A regular monthly donation helps us:
- Deliver safe drinking water to millions of children and their families
- Support hospitals and health centres across Yemen to treat over 100,000 children suffering from disease and malnutrition.
- Manage mobile health clinics so they can access remote areas
- Provide a safe haven and psychosocial support to children and their families who’ve been affected by the Yemen crisis.

A $55 donation per month provides lifesaving medicine, food and treatment for one severely malnourished child for 2 weeks, a $96 donation per month provides water for 1 month for 40 children at school, while a $124 donation per month buys nutritious peanut paste for 2 severely malnourished children for 6 weeks.
