Save the Children, in proud partnership with Adelaide’s famed
Osteria Oggi restaurant, is hosting a fundraising lunch to help change the story for children facing disadvantage in South Australia.
Save the Children is inviting South Australians with a passion for social justice and fabulous food to join CEO Paul Ronalds, one of Australia’s leading voices on poverty eradication, child rights and emergency responses, at this special event.
Generously sponsored by Osteria Oggi and artisan McLaren Vale wine producer
Dowie Doole, the menu will feature premium champagne and canapés on arrival, followed by a shared Italian tasting menu featuring locally sourced produce and Mediterranean style wines.
Osteria Oggi has been a longtime generous supporter of Save the Children, donating to the charity one dollar from every serving of bread since mid-2015 through their Bread for Success initiative. This contribution has raised more than $10,000 each year for Save the Children’s
healthy eating programs and school attendance initiatives on the Far West Coast of South Australia.
Save the Children CEO Paul Ronalds said he looked forward to welcoming generous South Australians at this event.
“Attending this event not only guarantees an afternoon of excellent Italian food and incredible local wine but will help build a better future for some of South Australia’s most vulnerable children," Mr Ronalds said.
“Thank you in advance to our incredible hosts and suppliers for making this event possible.”
