Tax receipts for one-off gifts are issued immediately after your donation via post or email. For regular givers, we'll send your tax receipt at the end of the financial year, so you can expect to receive it from us in late July.
If you have misplaced your tax receipt or haven't received it by the end of July, please contact our Supporter care team on 1800 76 00 11 or send an email to info@savethechildren.org.au. You should expect to hear back from us within five to seven working days. Please note, your tax receipt request will be processed after 1 July 2019.
