For over nine decades Save the Children has been one of the most consistent charities that support children. In fact, our Founder Eglantyne Jebb’s 1924 statement of every child’s fundamental rights was adopted by the League of Nations in 1924 (forerunner to the United Nations [UN]), and now underpins the current UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (guiding all ethical charities that help children).
Save the Children is child-focused, independent and secular. We believe that every child deserves a bright future so we work hard to make sure nothing gets in their way. If you want to support charities that help kids, supporting Save the Children will not only help children nearby but also those in over 125 countries (through our global network of charities that help children). There are many ways you can get involved
in Save the Children's life-changing work and do your part for children around the world. You can support charities that help kids like ours through advocacy, volunteering, fundraising and our op shops. Or simply take action by donating today
